Just got back from the school run walking through the village. The amount of people on their phones, balanced on the legs or holding them is shocking. It’s still an offence if you’re stationary in traffic. Rather better to be paying attention especially whilst there are lots of school children around.

The BMW drivers who are busy on their mobile phones whilst driving forget to use their indicators on the roundabouts in the village too.

It's not just BMW drivers who don't indicate. The majority of drivers don't bother,

Hopefully bring the new camera to Liphook that can see inside car if you using phone or no seat belt on be no car around be on bans
