Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga and Kettlebell classes in Liphook

Come along and try the exercise and health classes in Liphook. Small groups and a friendly atmosphere, all levels and abilities welcome.
Yoga – Wednesdays 7.30 pm
Pilates – Tuesdays 7.30 pm
Tai Chi – Tuesdays 11.15 am and Thursdays 7.00 pm
Kettlercise – Fridays 6.30 pm
Classes are at the Methodist Church, London Road, Liphook.
Pay as you go (no contract) £9 per session, £5 for Kettlercise.

Fusion classes have been running at the Methodist Church for over 7 years. The classes are friendly and welcoming for all ages and levels. Come along and try one of the following:
Tai Chi - Tuesdays at 11.15 am and Thursdays at 7 pm
Pilates - Tuesdays at 7.30 pm
Yoga - Wednesdays at 7.30 pm
Kettlebells - Thursdays at 6:15 pm
Classes are Pay as you go.
