There is a blue BMW parked by the roundabout on Gunns Farm registration YK09 MZX.
This vehicle has not been taxed nor MOT'd since August 2019. Presumably it's also not insured.
It has been reported on the website many time and I will continue to do so but if you know who this reprobate is please name and shame him. All the rest of us pay a considerable amount of money for tax and insurance. - why should they get away with paying nothing ?

Is the vehicle being used? If it is not being used then an off the
road declaration means there is no tax to pay anyway.

If it is on the public highway if needs to be MOT'd, Taxed and insured. If it is on a Private driveway it can be SORN'd.

This vehicle is showing today as currently NOT insured on the Motor Insurance Database (MID)

Have you asked any of the residents who live near to where it’s parked to see if it is theirs? Maybe it’s been dumped.

You will all be pleased to hear it has now been clamped by the DVLA who will presumably be removing it in due course.
The owner was living in the immediate area at weekends but now seems to have abandoned the vehicle.
