Look after your outdoor items prowler/burglar about.

Hi,
Witness a man at around 2am this morning walking infront of properties, and behind fencing looking for anything of value.
This is in the Midhurst road area, near the Millennium Hall.
The person moved away, when I shone a torch in his direction.
