Garden donations

Good morning to all our lovely Liphookians,
Liphook Day Centre is looking to upgrade the garden for our clients to use during the summer months. Is anyone able to help with any donations of the following:
Concrete slabs 60 x 60 cm must have no broken edges. (We will need up to 30 probably, but a few here and there will help)
Plants - small shrubs (evergreens are good) and perennials especially summer flowering.
We are applying for various funds and doing fundraising, but thought there might be people out there who can help us out. If you have anything (however small), please contact us on info@liphookdaycentre.co.uk.
