Issues with internet - BT digital voice - C (11th Apr 2025 - 08:05:12) Hi - anyone else having issues with their internet since BT has switched their landline to digital voice today?

Re: Issues with internet - BT digital voice - C (11th Apr 2025 - 13:23:28) Had an email this morning saying our digital voice had been activated....did all the right things in plugging phone into router etc. Says we have internet but now cannot access any websites, send or receive emails etc. Must be linked as it all happened just at time of digital voice switch on. Very frustrating!

Re: Issues with internet - BT digital voice - R (11th Apr 2025 - 19:09:31) I found plugging phone into router was inconvenient so asked bt for a free digital voice adaptor. You pair this with your router and once paired it can be plugged into any home power socket. You then plug you telephone lead into the digital voice plug.Bt only supply one so you have to buy other. I have two. One for my answering machine. If you have an answering machine you will have to switch ofbt answer as it kicks in far to quickly before you can get to phone. My broadband took about a week to actually work. Told that things have to be done in the local telephone exchange . Hope this helps.

Re: Issues with internet - BT digital voice - Ivan (12th Apr 2025 - 01:22:59) Hi C, I have exact same problem as you: I found their number on their last email ,they have sent to me about that switch over to Digital voice ,called them and been told that till next Wed,16th of April that problem will be fixed . So ,my advice is : you should call them at your earliest convenience;
