Dismantling Bungalow

hi,
We will shortly be dismantling a bungalow and invite anyone who is looking for roof tiles, roof timbers, floorboards etc to let me know. This will be done on the basis of, if you want it come and get it, the time window will be short before the digger moves in to finish the job.

The roof tiles are 1950's concrete 'clay' style, originally red and now brown. Approximately 2500 sq ft in total.
The digger will move in about mid-January.
