Dog mess

And I ask myself yet again why bother picking your dogs
mess up if your just going to leave the plastic bag on the ground or hanging from a tree branch, this is happening more and more by the top car park at weavers down, it's so unsightly. Please have the decency to take the bag home with you and dispose of in your own bin. This is just as bad as fly tipping.
