BT internet problem

Is anybody who's with BT internet having a problem logging in since they recently changed their system on how to log in? Each time I enter my email address and password I am taken back to a request to log in! Going round in circles - and NO, I've not been drinking!

This has happened to me in the past and eventually solved it by going to the BT website, logging in to my account there and then logging out again.
Worth trying.
