Right -That's It ...

...I need to get fit for 2014. Following a very feeble at attempt last night at "oops up side your head", I have a New Years resolution - get fit. It wasn't that long ago I could get through the whole song with little perspiration !! I won't reveal exactly how many seconds I lasted last night, or how much I leaked - but it wasn't good or pretty !
If anyone's up for it we should set a joint "Liphook Talkback" goal of an "oops upside your head" snake across both roundabouts in Liphook on Easter Monday !! I'm sure the Anchor would sponsor a free beer for all who get through the whole song (or slimline tonic for all participants ? Jez ?).
