Window vac

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has a window vac or similar item which may help, such as a wet/dry Hoover they may like to lend me for a day in return for a bottle of wine? Or some beers? I drove through a 'puddle' and it has somehow got into my footwell in my car! I need to try and get rid if the water before I attempt to dry out the water.
