Indoor/Outdoor Activities for Teens locally?
- Jay W (30th Jan 2014 - 14:17:33)

Having looked at the prices of Centre Parcs we have decided we would probably be much better off staying at home, saving on pet boarding fees and taking the children (teenage boys) for days out during the holidays.

Does anyone know where we might be able to take them to try the sort of activities offered at places like Centre Parcs - archery, shooting, quad biking, go karting or a swimming pool with a bit more to offer than Taro/Herons ?

Have been to Aldershot Ski centre previously but would welcome some alternatives.

Try Coral Reef near Bracknell for swimming, or slightly nearer (but not as good) the Spectrum in Guildford.

The Spectrum also has an ice skating rink and bowling alley so quite good for a day out.

I would also recommend Go Ape at Alice Holt.

Gary Waughman does fantastic tennis coaching at Headley tennis courts. He runs courses during the holidays as well as after school sessions for kids and adults.
I can't recommend him highly enough my 8 year old and my 12 year old think he is amazing and their tennis has come on really well.
