Lowsley Farm Houses
A scheme for 35 new houses and flats at Lowsley Farm on the edge of Liphook has got the go ahead.
Councillors granted planning permission in December after hearing that 12 units on the new development would be allocated as affordable homes.
The decision means that developers Swan Hill Homes will now be able to begin work on the site after three years of uncertainty.
Planning permission was originally granted for 20 homes, but Swan Hill later put in a revised application for 30 homes, which was turned down.
The company lodged an appeal, and East Hampshire District Council's decision was upheld by a Government inspector following an inquiry earlier this year.
