Baby and toddler groups - Tessa (10th Feb 2015 - 14:28:58) Hi all We are new to the area and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some good toddler groups/classes. I have a 14m old girl and a boy due to start school in Sept. Most of the info I have found online is from 2010-2012 so I'm not certain the groups still exist. My son will be in preschool Tues-Thurs so something mid week to do with my daughter would be great. Anything noisy/musical would be a bonus. Re: Baby and toddler groups - Amy (10th Feb 2015 - 20:25:22) Tuesday 9.45- 11ish (i think) is little lambs at the church centre on Portsmouth road aimed very much at toddlers Again Tuesday 1pm - 2.30 is another toddler group at millennium centre/ guide hall Friday morning 9.30am is jiggy wrigglers again at the guide hall In bordon if you can travel is another group called little treasures and they have different activity groups all through the week for all age groups. facebook.com/littletreasuresstayandplay

Re: Baby and toddler groups - Jacqui (11th Feb 2015 - 14:06:05) Tiddlers is a messy play session on a Monday 9.30-11am in the community room at the Infant school. Its a stay and play group. £3.00 with no termly fees. Lots of crafts, messy play, sand, water, paint and a bit of singing at the end. Why not come along and join us.

I have a 20 month old boy and another baby due in July. There are lots of lovely groups locally as posted above and a few others further afield if you have a car. We go to Little Fishes at Milland Memorial Hall, Little Treasures at Lindford Village Hall, Noah's Ark at St Stephens Church Hall in Shottermill and Jiggy Wriggers (singing/dancing) at the Millennium Hall, Liphook. Let me know if you fancy trying any of those and I will be happy to give you days & times & or meet you there. Katie

Re: Baby and toddler groups - Vera (11th Feb 2015 - 17:36:50) Wednesday mornings 9:30 - 10:15 there is a group Muzitots in the Liphook Methodist Church next to the Library. £3 a person. Arrive 9:15 for a quick cuppa before we start. Lots of fun with scarves, parachute, songs, actions rhymes. We concentrate on muscle development, coordination, early language development and listening skills. Next week is school half-term break so we will meet again on Wednesday 25 February.
