Community Spirit
- B. (6th Jan 2010  18:58:20)

I just wanted to say how lovely the community spirit has been in the village since the snow fall last night, it was beautiful walking back home from the village late last night, adults playing in the snow, and again today. I have lived here for 44 years and it is the first time I can remember seeing so much snow. It would be lovely to see peoples pics uploaded here somewhere of the all the snow. Before we all get bored with it!

Yes - community spirit generally fine - lots of people talking to each who never normally would! I was even given a hand by a couple of lads trying to return to my house with an oversized snowball.

The only let down by whoever decided to flatten the igloo by the Millenium Hall...
