Sports massage needed
- Neil (12th Apr 2010 - 12:15:13)
I have pulled my Hamstring and is getting worse, I done it about two weeks ago and so far its not getting better. My wife sujested a Sports Massage so thought I would see if anyone on the site can help.
I am going to see someone Friday regarding some Oil Treatment but thought I would get things moving sooner.
The big issue I have I am riding Lands End to John O'Groats in less than three weeks so I need to be 100% by then.
HELP
Thanks

There are some very good people operating in the same building as the Edge up at Woolmer Hill { around the side of the building} unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the practice but if you phone the Edge they should know and they have several practitioners working out of there athletetes use them a lot. Sorry I cannot remember the name of the company.

I can recommend Quincy.
He is local (Beacon Hill) and has been practicing for a very long time.
He has lots of professional sports men / women as clients as well as regular Joe's like us!!
If you just Google 'sports injury quincy day rabot' his details / phone number etc will come up.
He is absolutely brilliant.
Good luck
[editor - Not much joy on google - but BT gives 2 numbers for a Q D Rabot, Bassetts Tilford Rd, Hindhead, GU26 6RD. Being 01428 608314 and 01428 604374, the second appears to be his business line and I've found quincy.rabot@talk21.com as an email address for him]

Yep, Bassets - that's it.
My brain wasn't working when I wrote the first post - I was thinking of Dog Breeds but couldn't locate the correct brain cell!
You park in the Church car park on the right hand side, then walk about 5 houses down on the left.
