Tchoukball tournament
Liphook Tchoukball Club travelled to Paris at the weekend for an international Tchoukball tournament.
Liphook were crowned the overall winners, having won 13 out 14 games on the first day and then beating Le Havre in the final 2 sets to 1.
See www.liphooktc.co.uk for details.
Tchoukball is a non-contact team sport played by teams of 7 or 9 indoors, outdoors or on the beach. Players compete by rebounding the ball across a tightly-sprung trampette whilst defending players try to catch the ball before it touches the floor. And what makes our game so unique is that it is the only sport in the world in which both teams score at EITHER end.
