Does anyone know what’s going on at the old gurkha chautari site? Seems like some work happening inside. Hopefully another curry house!

I was chatting to the guys in the wine shop and am reliably informed that it's going to be a new Italian restaurant due to open January 2020.

An Italian restaurant! Yesss! Finally, a reason to be excited about a new shop/restaurant opening in Liphook and somewhere to go locally. Great news!

Apparently the owners already have a successful Italian a little further south and this will be their second venture.
