£1.7m to EHDC
Helical Bar and Urban Renaissance Villages (URV), the developers behind Bramshott Place Village in Liphhok, have agreed to pay £1.7 million, in three tranches, to EDHC.
EDHC Housing Services Manager, Natalie Meagher, said: “We will use the money to provide affordable homes for those East Hampshire residents demonstrating a clear housing need. Although it is rather too early to say exactly how many new homes will be built, it is likely to be around 50 units, of different sizes, some for rent and some for part-buy/part rent,” she said.
