“TLC" is a charity that has been launched by the Liphook based Hospice
at Home Service; “Palls”, which was founded by a group of nurses from
King Edward VII Hospital in Midhurst; following its closure in March 2006.
The success of Palls has resulted in many donations from grateful relatives
and the charity; “TLC" was formed in 2008 to put these donations to good
use in the community; to further enhance end of life care.
