 Road closure
Haslemere Road, Liphook – Carriageway Resurfacing 20/21 August.
You may be aware of the advance warning signs that have been erected for the closure of Haslemere Road week commencing Monday 17th August 2009.
On Thursday 20th and Friday 21st August, Hampshire County Council will be carrying out essential carriageway resurfacing works at the above location, between the junction with Devils Lane through to the County boundary, just south of the railway bridge.
The works are expected to last for approximately 2 days during which time the road will be closed to through traffic between 9:30am to 4.00pm. We will endeavour to have the road open by 4.00pm on each day, due to unforeseen circumstances this time may need to be extended for a short period.
During this time every effort will be made by our Contractors to allow vehicular access to and from your property, however there may be times when a delay is unavoidable and we would like to take this opportunity to apologise in advance should any inconvenience be caused.
