 Liphook & Dist. Model Railway Club
members will be exhibiting two layouts at the forthcoming Fareham and District MRC "Wickham Railex" show at the Wickham Community Centre PO17 5AL on the 3rd and 4th October 2009.
The layouts - East Hants Light Railway, constructed by Matt Wildsmith in 00-9 scale, is a narrow gauge layout of a fictitious railway linking Alton and Petersfield.
Lynnbottom is a Japanese themed layout in T scale constructed by John Chandler with scenics by other club members. The layout shows the versatility of this scale, which is the smallest yet devised commercially, by being constructed on a toilet seat and lid!
We look forward to seeing local enthusiasts at this show, which has 16 other layouts, traders and demonstrations.
