Liphook & Dist. Model Railway Club
who have supported the Midhurst Modellers show since its inception, will be exhibiting at this years event on Sunday 28th February 2010.
For this years event they have partially rebuilt an existing N gauge layout into a Japanese themed layout called Yamanouchi Oshika.
The layout features a wide range of models of modern image rolling stock from trams to high speed trains which are currently running in Japan.
Modern Japanese architecture is also modelled in the townscape and railway station areas of the layout, together with models Japanese motor vehicles.
The club would be delighted to see local enthusiasts at the 28th Modellers exhibition, where they can see not only 20 model railway layouts from a variety of clubs, but also a wide range of other modelling activities including boats, dolls house, road vehicles, model engineering and Meccano.
