woodchipper for sale - Mike (20th Sep 2022 - 23:54:34) We have a large 6" diameter woodchipper for sale, it has a powerful diesel engine of 35 hp, automatic computer controlled overload relief which stops the feed rollers and re-starts them as the load lessens. It then fires the chippings out of a shute that can be directed as you wish. It will pull through a 6" diameter branch with all its side branchlets easily, and deals with Conifer very well. It is road towable and weighs around 1 ton. it has its own brakes and lighting. It has two almost new sets of blades which cost around £400.00. These can be sharpened locally, but last many hours between sharpenings This is a commercial machine, but would be ideal for someone who generates a lot of branch and shrub trimmings and wants to chip it into a usable mulch and save burning up or many trips to the tip. We have owned it for around 8 years, and it has been regularly serviced and maintained by the local Tunissen dealer in Kingsley. If you have been using small domestic, usually electric machines you will be amazed at the difference if you see this machine working.
