Questions have been raised after errors were found in the Liphook Millennium Hall's accounts, as the arguements over the future of the recently renamed centre drag on.
At a meeting of parish council last Monday, it was also alleged that the trustees twice refused a grant to provide the hall with modern computing facilities. The parish councils long-planned take over of the hall has also been delayed by at least another month.
