DPD Driver and Liphook In Bloom

Well done to the DPD operative who managed to drive through the No Entry part in front of Liphook Post Office this morning, narrowly missing trashing the planting, but well over the grass, and then shouted at me ~ Where's Portsmouth ? ~ lovely man not.
Witnessed by another lady, posting a letter in front of me.
She made the same comment.

Bet they didn’t have their phones with them, turned on, so they could photograph numberplate and damage?
