Weekly 5k runs
Do you run ? Do you run on your own ? Would you like to run with others but don’t know where to start ?
Fear not, starting in September, I’ll be starting another block of weekly 5k run outs using local areas including Liphook, Haslemere, Grayshott, these runs will be on a Wednesday at 7pm and will be suitable for a more sociable chatty runner looking for a start/ stop run. Approx 11-13 min mile pace.
I have been doing these run outs since Nov 2022. Previously, I ran a successful couch to 5k program for 8 years in Liphook.
These run outs were suggested by a number of my clients after completing the 5k program and I have space for a few more runners.
