We've been with Swish for over 6 months. There was one outage for 2.5 hours affecting both Liphook and Bordon a few months ago Otherwise spot on service.
Getting 160mbs up and 160mbps down on the 150 package.
We dropped our landline when we moved over as we hadn't used it for many years - mobile for personal and VOIP for business.
Swish can take over your fixed line and pass calls down their fibre - but I suspect calls aren't free.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have heard there are some issues with compatibility with Sky Q which if you use, you probably would be wise to investigate further

If you're looking at Swish I take it you've looked at their website?
Say clearly on the site what their telephony options are and they range from £5 (same number but no calls) through to £10 (same number and 500 minutes of UK Landline and mobile calls) and then £20 (same number and 1000 minutes of UK landline and 30 selected country international calls)
https://portal.swishfibre.com/ChooseVoip
All quite clear so wondered why you didn't know?
Obviously if you intend on keeping your BT Landline just for calls you'll end up paying what you pay now to BT plus the cost you'll pay to Swish for their Broadband service.... seems a no brainer to me, pick one or the other but not both.
As for service you're quite right to ask present users, can't help you there, sorry.

Another happy Swish user, just some things to consider:
1. Their router is pretty rudimentary
2. They were not very keen to extend the fibre to my office (which is diagonally opposite to the duct from the road and where the previous router was located). They would have gone round the outside - which I did not fancy. Internally they would have surface mounted the fibre.
In the end I decided to let them install the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) on right where the ducting came out of the ground. Fortunately that bit of wall is reasonable well hidden from view and I have a socket nearby. This also minimises the risk of damaging the fibre on my property which could lead to arguments as to who is responsible for fixing it.
I used the opportunity to install mesh WiFi and now have 160 mbs (on 150 package) in most of the house, with even the furthest corners getting 100 mbs)
Dropped land line as we never used it anymore. Invested in a small UPS to keep the ONT and router going for an hour in case of a power failure.
As mentioned above, one longer outage so far but their website did show that they were working on it.
So far so good. Hope this helps.

We have had Swish since just before Christmas. Dropped the landline as almost all calls received were scams.
As others have said there was an outage for several hours a few months ago - this was very frustrating as I work from home and rely on the internet connection.
It was also offline when we returned from holiday at the end of July. An engineer came the next day and replaced the router - he said they are very senstive to power fluctuations and probably failed if there had been a power cut.
Although we had a very good deal with Swish, I'm not sure at the moment that we will renew when the time comes.
