Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates classes - Glen (18th Oct 2023  16:04:51) Small and friendly groups, all levels and abilities welcome in Liphook. Pilates – Tuesdays 7.30 pm Yoga – Wednesdays 7.30 pm Tai Chi – Tuesdays 11.15 am and Thursdays 7.00 pm Classes are at the Methodist Church, London Road, Liphook. Pay as you go (no contract) £9 per session. Contact Glen on 07951888565 for more details.

Tai Chi - Tuesdays at 11.15 am and Thursdays at 7 pm Pilates - Tuesdays at 7.30 pm Yoga - Wednesdays at 7.30 pm Kettlebells - Thursdays at 6:15 pm All classes are pay-as-you-go
