Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates classes

Small and friendly groups, all levels and abilities welcome in Liphook.
Pilates – Tuesdays 7.30 pm
Yoga – Wednesdays 7.30 pm
Tai Chi – Tuesdays 11.15 am and Thursdays 7.00 pm
Classes are at the Methodist Church, London Road, Liphook. Pay as you go (no contract) £9 per session.
