POST OFFICE CLOSURE AT THE CO-OP LIPHOOK - RT (7th Dec 2023 11:36:59)
Have just been to the Post Office section to find that it is closed until 1pm today. This is a pretty poor service considering that we are in the Christmas season and there is a higher footfall at this time of year. Also is this going to be a regular occurrence with staff shortages?

It was closed for 2 hours due to short staff however I believe it was open for the other 13 hours the store was open tho so that’s not bad going. But when I next go in there to shop I will tell them about your disappointment for closing it for 2 hours

I went in today at five. The young man serving at the Post Office counter said that he had had to close because he was all on his own.
He said that staff were brought in from another branch to help.
Despite being a difficult day for him, he was still very cheerful and helpful.
