Ed's Veg Talk - Thursday 18 January - Liphook Horticultural Society (14th Jan 2024 09:05:58)
Just to remind you - our first talk of the year is on Thursday 18th January, 7.30pm at the Church Centre, Liphook, when we welcome Ed Brooks from Ed's Veg who is going to talk about Nature Friendly Veg Growing and Community Food.
Ed's Veg are a small team of dedicated growers who believe that healthy and delicious food should be produced sustainably within our community in a way that benefits people and the environment.
Don't forget our competition!
Please bring a flowering (can be multi-flowered) single stem from your garden in a vase along to the talk. We will ask our speaker to pick the best flower and award the trophy. The winner keeps the trophy and brings it to the February talk.
There will be a raffle - raffle prizes are always very welcome.
Tea/Coffee and Lesley's delicious home-made biscuits will be served afer the talk.
