Silver Ford Fiesta hit and and run

ON 6 |January a car smashed into my silver ford fiesta on the Headley Road and did not leave a note. The car is a write off. A witness called but did not leave their details. If you read this message please get in touch and could I pass on your details to insurance company as at the moment the perpetrator is not accepting liability so I am still having to pay excess and is recorded as a fault claim so will financially impact me next year. thank you..
