Yet again dog poo on fletchers green by apple trees , I will leave some poo bags on the bench area , surely if you can afford a dog you can afford A 80p pack of poo bags!!

This drives me mad, I just don't understand why some people choose not to clean up after their dog.

Looks like we got a dog the size of a small elephant..On LHS down from the Bretheran meeting hall all on the grass down to the Meade junction.Also on RHS down to turning to Greenbanks care home..
Easy to find out who it is put a camera on both telegraph poles that cover these areas then when you see the lazy culprit
get round to there abode & give them the maximum fine,no slap on the wrists hit them hard in there pocket..
We've had dogs for many years & part of being a responsible owner is you clean up after them.....
It's just plain laziness

You are actually allowed by law to return the discarded dog poo to the owner and there’s nothing they can do about it. There was a case recently by where a dog owner didn’t clean up after their dog poo’d in a park. Another park user picked up the poo (with a tissue/rag) ran after the dog owner and put the poo in the dog owners pocket. Dog owner claimed assault case went to court and judge viewed that the park walker was returning the dog owners property/possessions so lost and had to pay all costs.
