Local counselling therapy

I have availability to see clients for face to face counselling, online counselling and telephone counselling. I have spent 5 years training to become a counsellor and I specialise in grief and bereavement counselling and working with ill health and chronic illness. I am also a nurse with nearly 30 years experience.
I work with you at your pace to explore your issues and help you make the changes you are looking for to improve your mental health.
