The editor's correct - UK clocks change between summer and winter time. And everyone does the same across the world, on the same dates.
Wouldn't it be great if we didn't conform and kept our clocks the same all year round?
If Britain was the only country to do this, it would show Johnny Foreigner that we mean business, and can't be bossed around. Who needs long summer evenings anyway?

@JL I believe not every country in world does these changes and certainly not all on the same dates!!!
