Wheel damaged - pothole in Liphook. Any idea how and whom I put a claim in with?

Hampshire Highways I would presume but you need cast iron evidence and times dates and photos and willing to fight for a long time. Took a friend two years fighting West Sussex council. But he won.
And worth checking on sites like FixMyStreet.com to see if the pothole was already reported, as you can use that as evidence that the Council were aware.
Our roads are in a shocking state.

Holes getting bigger on longmoor road on both sides not be long cars be going around them and may cause head on crash people doing 60 mph at junction for old thorns bet not been reported
