Hi all, We are looking for some help for Fletchers Field Sheltered Housing in Liphook. We are wanting to put on a BBQ afternoon on 20th July so are looking for some very kind person to run a BBQ stand for us. We dont have our own bbq's so ideally someone who has portable equipment and can spare a few hours to help us out. This will be for about 50/60 people and just burgers and sausages, we would supply the meat and insurance for the day. We are also looking to have some outdoor adult games e.g. Extra large domino's Boules/Petanque Throw hoop or any kind of games that can be easily played on grass by "older" people. If anyone has any games like this we would love to borrow them for day. So again if anybody can help us out with any of these things we would be very grateful, please dm me if you can.
