Depending on your use case, you could just buy a cheap external DVD player for your PC / laptop.

Thank you for the attached but I’d have to buy a computer then to get it to work. This would be too costly and I’d never use the computer again.

Thanks for the advise editor, I managed to secure an amazing DVD for £250 and it has a remote control too.
