Don Jerrard on 0.8% of the vote, 421 votes locally. At what point do you take the hint? Ego and vanity over electability. Rejected by 99.2% of those who voted.

Well, to be fair there was a lot of tactical voting in this election. Everyone, including Don, knew that he didn't stand any chance of winning. Personally, I wouldn't have voted for him in this election even if he was my dad (which he isn't, just to clarify)!

He's not been on the liphook council for well over a year.
