Rake Activity Club

Activitiy Club for Adults at Rake Village Hall. GU337JA
Wednesdays and Thursdays
10am - 4pm
Our aim is to encourage independence, physical and cognitive stimulation.
The day includes a two-course meal which is home cooked on site.
Most activities can been played standing or sitting. There is something for everyone.
There will be cooking/ baking, flower arranging, chair dance, unique sewing, nail painting, skittles, chair football/ volleyball, air hockey, bowls, darts, arts and crafts, memory games and so much more.
The next pantomime is Snow White we are on the lookout for more cast members. Anyone can be involved. Transport maybe available.
