That was the most stupid arrogant dangerous idiotic manoeuvre I've seen. It's a mini roundabout not a scrum, wait you're turn like everyone else does.

On a mini roundabout, use of indicators is only required if you are turning left or right, not if going straight on.

Replying to Jen - two of the mini roundabouts in Liphook have only two exits so indicating either left or right applies.
