Council unable to find pothole ?
- Dan (8th Jul 2024 - 16:01:08)

I have reported the pothole on Midhurst road and updated the information several times. Now the reply is that no further action will be taken - apparently they could not find it despite the google image and map information that was provided

P.S Ignore the whole/hole autocorrect typo ;)

They do it all the time.
HCC complain they have a high number of pothole reports but it takes 5 or 6 reports for them to finally repair the road.

If they repaired the potholes to a good standard the first time it was reported they wouldn't have the huge number of reports they keep complaining about.
The usual total inefficiency from a council! ............... and it's not all about lack of money either.

I've noticed that the repairs done a couple of months ago on the series of deep potholes on the A325 between Buckshorn Oak and Birdworld are beginning to come apart again. Repairs just don't seem to last very long.
