Collision on Longmoor Road at school drop off 19/7 - Peter (19th Jul 2024 11:43:24)
I came back from doing the drop off to find that someone had crashed into my car which was parked along Longmoor Road a few houses before the layby. Whoever did it didn’t stop.
They have twisted my bumper and dented a panel. There is red paint on it.
I have footage from somebody with a bang and showing a red car - seemingly a Volvo C30 - passing immediately afterwards. It seems that somebody walking past commented on it.
If you have any information you could share with me please I would be grateful - or if you are the driver then get in touch and we can resolve it calmly.
All I want is the details to add to my insurance claim so I dont have the huge excess and can get a courtesy car - it’s our only car and we have to drive every day and are stuck without it.

Interesting, given the time of day I don't believe nobody saw this happen. Sad reflection of today's society.
