This sounds like click bait or is it propaganda (possibly by Russia) to whip up the right-wing into a frenzy and have Liphook riots?

There are a number of questions that will need answers from you, however these will be make a start-
1) How do you know this information?
2) When did you 1st know this information?
3) What have you done, other than making this 1 statement on Liphook Talk back?

From memory i think it is something to do with allowing fish better passage by not repairing sluice gates. Jenny may be a journalist who is trying to whip up a story - they have been known to get their stories from talkback by provoking angry comments on here - I can just see the headlines now- locals angry about repairs not being done. Jenny has probably been reading the Parish council minutes and found it on there and is hoping for us to react.
