We will meet in the garden of the Millennium Hall next Wednesday morning, 7th August. If it is wet or too hot we will go inside.
This is a free drop in session between 10.30 and 12.30
We offer support for those caring for a loved one at home. You can share experiences with fellow Carers and we offer signposting to other services that can help you. For further detail please contact Sonia Meredith on 01428 288913
