No issues here in the west side of Liphook.

Do you have the 'Plume Pod' router? Ours has been replaced once and they're known to be unreliable. Unplug it completely and pop it in the fridge for ten minutes to cool down then plug it all back in. It should then reconnect. If not you'll need to contact Swish and probably get a replacement.

Should have also said, just checked the swish website and they're not reporting any known faults so my money would be the router.

Also if you have the silver hexagonal Plume Pod router, there is a specific procedure for getting it started again - you can’t just unplug and replug. If you call them, they will talk you through it.

They also sent us a much better router as well so maybe ask for that.

Yes that's the plume pod, it's not very good at all. I've always managed to "fix it" by unplugging it as I described but they're pretty rubbish so I can imagine others having more trouble in getting them back up and running.

If you can get Swish to provide that upgraded router then absolutely take it or use a third party router. I keep meaning to buy a third party router but it's on my long list of jobs to do.
