LHS Autumn Show - Liphook Horticultural Society (31st Aug 2024 - 18:43:35) Liphook Horticultural Society's Autumn Show is next Saturday 7 September. Staging is between 8am - 10am and the Show is opens from 2pm - 4pm Entries to be in by Wednesday 4 September As always there's vegetable, fruit, flower, flower arranging, cookery and children's classes - check your schedules for the details. There is a Novice Class open to everyone who has never won this class before. In the Autumn Show - it's for dahlias mixed - 3 blooms one vase. Have a go, you may surprise yourself and win the Novice Cup!! Have you grown the heaviest pumpkin? One of the flower art classes is called "Wild and Free" - lots of scope for your imagination. I'm sure you bake an amazing apple pie - how about entering it? - Class 155 Even if you don't enter - and we hope you do - please visit in the afternoon to look at all the exhibits, enjoy Lesley's famous cakes with a cup of tea, take part in the raffle and perhaps buy a plant or 2. There will be daffodil bulbs for sale for showing in the Spring Show - make sure to buy yours. We look forward to seeing you next Saturday.

If you look on our website under events... www.liphookhortsoc.org.uk/programs you will find the schedule of all the classes... The entry form isn't there at the moment - hope to add it later... but if you email liphookhorticulturalsociety@gmail.com I'll email it to you. Thanks
