No issues for me. Do you have the basic package which comes with the crap router they call a Plume Pod? It looks like a grey pentagon and plugs directly into your three pin wall socket.
I've had Swish for over a year and the service has been great but the Plume Pod regularly stops working.
I've since given up and bought a third party router.

We’re no longer using Swish. The Plume Pod did not reach to the other size of the house, Swish did send a much better router that did improve things. However price went up substantially at the end of the contract so didn’t renew, moved to PlusNet, much better customer service.

Hi Darren,
never had an issue with the Plume Pod but which 3rd party router did you use? Do Swish support 3rd party routers?

Hi Jim
This is the router I'm using:
www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CTD1CTHM
Swish don't insist on using their own router, using a third party router is pretty much plug and play.
I signed up to Swish on, I think, an 18 month contract with 6 months free at £30 pm. My contract has expired but I'm still paying the same amount, no price increase.
