Liphook Social Club - dave mcgrath (10th Aug 2012 - 09:50:46) Hi Just to let the membership know that on Tuesday 21st August at 8.30pm there is an Extraordinary General Meeting at the Club. I went down to the Village hall at 6ish this evening and wasn't wicked happy about the rather aggressive bloke shouting out the top window at me. After parking my van in the car park he yelled out the window "You aren't allowed to park there" When I replied, Yes I am, it is the Village Hall car park as well, he was straight back with "only if your using it now" When again I told him I was he got more aggressive and threatened to "come down." Whilst I realise it wasn't you, Dave could some one ask him to be a bit more tactful!

Re: Liphook Social Club - David (11th Aug 2012 - 16:19:29) Do CIU rules not require prospective committee members,such as the secretary, to have been a member for a period of three years prior to their election?
